What photos work best?
Bright, clear images with faces or subjects near the camera usually make the most charming pages.
Can I request a theme?
Yes. Add notes for names, captions, holidays, favorite animals, or anything meaningful.
How fast is delivery?
Your PDF arrives within 48 hours, and printed books arrive in 4 to 10 days after we receive your payment, usable photos, and personalization details. If anything is missing, we’ll contact you.
What happens to my uploaded photos?
We do not keep personal images long-term. Once your book has been created and shipped, the images are removed from our server because we want to respect your privacy as much as possible. Only line drawings are kept on file for a maximum period of 3 months. This is because some customers wish to order another book.
